Who is Wapa for?

Wapa is a dating space created specifically for LBTQ+ women.

That includes cis women, trans women, and non-binary women. We are proud to be a trans-inclusive platform, and it is our position that trans women are women.

From the beginning, our goal has been to create an environment where women who love women can connect in a space that feels clear, comfortable, and genuinely theirs. Many lesbian and queer women tell us that they value being able to relax and let their guard down - without having to navigate the dynamics that often exist in mixed-gender dating spaces.

Because of that, Wapa remains intentionally women-centred. Defining that focus clearly helps protect the sense of trust and safety our community relies on.

We recognise that gender identity is diverse and deeply personal. At the same time, no single platform can be the right space for everyone. Wapa exists to serve LBTQ+ women, and maintaining that clarity allows us to continue doing so in a way that is respectful, inclusive, and consistent.
