Child Safety Standards for Wapo and Wapa

Edited

At Wapo and Wapa, we are committed to ensuring the safety of all users, particularly in preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our platform has strict policies and mechanisms in place to detect, report, and prevent any form of child exploitation.

Commitment to Child Safety

We adhere to Google Play's Child Safety Standards and all relevant laws regarding child protection. This includes compliance with national and international regulations on child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and online safety.

Age Restrictions

  • Wapo and Wapa is strictly for users aged 18 and over.

  • Users found to be underage will be permanently banned, and their accounts removed.

Reporting Mechanisms

We provide multiple ways for users to report child safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or CSAE-related issues:

  • In-App Reporting: Every profile has a Report User button with specific reporting categories, including "Underage".

  • Email Support: Users can contact us at help@wapo.dating or help@wapa.datingĀ for urgent child safety reports.

  • Moderation Review: All reports of underage users or CSAE-related content are reviewed by our moderation team, and action is taken promptly.

Action Against Child Exploitation

If we identify CSAE content or behavior, we take immediate action:

  • The offending content or account is removed permanently.

  • We report CSAM to national and international child protection authorities.

  • Users involved in CSAE violations are banned for life.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

  • We comply with all regional and global child protection laws.

  • We work with law enforcement and child safety organizations to report any criminal activity related to CSAE.

  • We continuously update our policies and moderation strategies to meet evolving safety standards.
